டோல்கேட்டில் சில்லரைக்கு பதிலாக கூப்பன்கள் வழங்கப்படுவதாக தெரிவித்துள்ளார் அரசியல் செயல்பாட்டாளரான புதுகை அப்துல்லா. இதுகுறித்து தனது முகநூலில் பதிவிட்டுள்ளார் இவர்.
“ஊரில் இருந்து சென்னைக்கு இப்போது வரும் போது சமயபுரம் பெரம்பலூர் டோல்கேட்டில் சில்லறைக்கு பதிலாக இந்த ஐந்து ரூபாய் மதிப்புடைய கூப்பனை வழங்கினார்கள். இதே போல பத்து, இருபது, ஐம்பது மற்றும் நூறு ரூபாய் மதிப்பிலும் சில்லறைக்கு பதிலாக கூப்பன்களை அளிக்கிறார்கள். அடுத்த டோல்கேட்டில் நாமும் பணத்திற்கு பதிலாக இதைக் கொடுக்கலாம்.
அடுத்தது என்ன நடக்கும்? நெடுஞ்சாலை ஓரங்களில் உள்ள டீ கடைகளில் டீ வடை சாப்பிட்டு விட்டு பணத்திற்கு பதிலாக இந்தக் கூப்பன் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும். அப்படியே நெடுஞ்சாலை ஓரங்களில் உள்ள ஹோட்டல்கள் இன்ன பிற கடைகளில் சில்லறைத் தட்டுப்பாட்டிற்கு மாற்றாக இந்தக் கூப்பன்கள் பணமாகப் புழங்கத் துவங்கும்.
கேஷ்லெஸ் எக்கனாமி – கூப்பன்ஃபுல் எக்கனாமி ஆகும்.ரிசர்வ் வங்கியின் கட்டுப்பாட்டிற்கு வெளியே மாற்றுப் பணம் உருவாகுவது தேசத்திற்கு நல்லதல்ல. இதன் விளைவுகள் பாதிப்புகள் குறித்து அடுத்தடுத்து எழுதுகிறேன்” என தனது விமர்சனத்தையும் எழுதியிருக்கிறார் இவர்.
